PZT Series 6″ x 6″ | Photomask Compacts
The PZT series photomask package creates a secure environment for 6025 photomasks and reticles with pellicles. The compact securely positions and protects the mask with minimal contact.
PZT series will hold a 6″ x 6″ x .250″ mask with a pellicle.
