PLS Series 6″ x 6″ | Photomask Compacts

The PLS series photomask package creates a sealed, secure environment for photomasks and reticles with pellicles. The compact securely positions and protects the mask with minimal contact. Available in black carbon-filled polycarbonate and clear Purepoly Cleanroom manufactured and packaged.

The original standard design (PLS600-31125) has a “goal post” style mask support that touches the mask surface. The advanced design (PLS600-31123AU) has “AU” angled mask supports that do not touch the mask surface, only the beveled edge.

PLS series will hold a 6″ x 6″ x .250″
