The PL series photomask package creates a secure environment for photomasks and reticles without pellicles. The compact securely positions and protects the mask with minimal contact. Available with low particle generating slide latches or positive locking snap latches. Cleanroom manufactured and packaged.

PL900 will hold a 9″ x 9″ x .120″ .220″ mask without a pellicle.
